2. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:
- Enquiry / Contact form - your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you enter.
- Career application form - your name, address, mobile number, email address, qualification, position applied for, and your resume (PDF). We also record the submission date and IP address for spam and abuse prevention.
- Email verification (OTP) - when applying for a role, we send a one-time 6-digit code to the email address you provide to confirm it's a working, real address before your application is sent.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels of our own on this site.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To review job applications and get in touch about current or future openings.
- To verify that the email address on a job application actually belongs to the applicant, via a one-time code.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiry form submissions are emailed to our team and are not separately stored on the website's server.
- Career applications and resumes are retained on our server so we can consider you for current and future openings, as noted on the careers page. You can request deletion at any time - see Section 6.
- OTP codes are held in temporary server memory and automatically expire a few minutes after being sent; they are never stored permanently.
5. Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to run this website:
- Tawk.to - provides the live chat widget on this site. If you use it, your chat messages and basic browser information are handled by Tawk.to under their own privacy policy.
- Google Maps - used to display our office location on the Contact page.
- Email delivery (SMTP) - enquiry and application details, and OTP codes, are sent to our team's inbox using a standard email provider.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've submitted (for example, to remove a stored resume) at any time by emailing info@micits.com. We'll act on reasonable requests promptly.
7. Security
Submitted data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-restricted servers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, consistent with our ISO 27001:2022-aligned practices.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the website changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
